Please read these terms before submitting a request or an application.
What Proloka is
Proloka is an independent service-matching platform and does not itself provide electrical, solar, installation, repair or maintenance services. Service providers are independent businesses. Quotations, contracts, payments, workmanship, warranties and services are agreed directly between customers and service providers.
Requests and matching
When you submit a request, we review it and may share the relevant details with one independent service provider operating in your area. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, will contact you, or will accept the work.
Your agreement is with the provider
Quotations, contracts, payments, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, compliance certificates and after-sales service are agreed directly between you and the service provider. Proloka is not a party to that agreement.
Information you give us
You agree that the details you submit are accurate and that you are entitled to request work at the property described. Submitting false, abusive or automated requests is not permitted.
Service providers
Providers apply to join and are reviewed before receiving enquiries. Providers are responsible for their own registrations, licensing, insurance and compliance, and for the work they carry out.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but it is provided on an as-is basis and may change as the service develops.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site.
