We share the relevant details of your request with the independent service provider matched to it, so they can contact you about the work. Your contact details are never published publicly and are not sold to lists of contractors.
Photos you upload
Job photos are stored privately and are only accessible to our team and, where relevant to the job, the matched service provider. They are never publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve queries and meet our record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Quote your TC reference number so we can find your request.
Cookies and measurement
We use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand which campaigns bring genuine enquiries. These record page activity and referral data, not the content of your request.
