An independent matching platform
Proloka was built for a simple problem: when something electrical goes wrong, or you want backup power, finding one reliable local professional is harder than it should be. Posting a request on most platforms means your phone rings all week.
What we do
We take one request from you, review it, and match it with one independent service provider operating in your area. That provider contacts you directly to discuss the work and quote.
What we don't do
We do not carry out electrical, solar, inverter, installation, repair or maintenance work, and we never describe providers as "our electricians". Every provider is an independent business.
Where we operate
We launched on the East Rand of Gauteng: Benoni, Boksburg, Kempton Park, Brakpan, Springs, Edenvale and Germiston. We focus on electrical work, inverter and battery installations, and solar, and will add more trades and areas as we grow.
Proloka is an independent service-matching platform and does not itself provide electrical, solar, installation, repair or maintenance services. Service providers are independent businesses. Quotations, contracts, payments, workmanship, warranties and services are agreed directly between customers and service providers.
