Earth leakage and tripping
Repeated tripping usually points at one circuit or appliance. Note when it happens — when the geyser switches on, after rain, at a specific plug — and include that in your description. It saves fault-finding time.
DB boards and upgrades
Older boards often need attention before solar, inverter or geyser work can be signed off. A photo of the open board in your request lets the provider price accurately.
Certificates of compliance
COCs are needed for property transfers and are best booked well ahead of the conveyancer's deadline. Any remedial work found during inspection is quoted separately.
